Every one of us is bound to perform certain actions, consciously and unconsciously throughout our routine daily life. Many of these actions define our personality, the science of these actions is complex as some of them are spontaneous and occur in split of a second, if repeated every time with the same result becomes customary and we name them habits. Certain habits bring to us many positive beneficial outcomes but that is not the case every time, we also tend to bring harm to us knowingly and at times un-knowingly through bad habits. It is observed that slight tweaks in the way we approach daily tasks can eliminate the tendency of our performing or following bad habits. This book tries to address all the concerned and interconnected issues of habits social psychology, either good or bad and also the factors that may cause them or are involved in the creation of these daily behavior psychology or social intelligence rituals.
